Very comfortable, lovely rooms but shower unusable as no temperature control and water scalding hot!
8.0My room was very comfortable with lovely views overlooking Glastonbury Tor and a lovely evening sunset. Really enjoyed being able to sit outside on roof terrace having a drink in evening and coffee at breakfast time. Good breakfast also.
− The waterfall shower for my room was unusable as temperature control didn’t work and water was scalding hot. The fault has been reported to property but no refund offered

5.0My wife’s breakfast was returned twice as unsatisfactory and the steak on steak night was very tough
− The room lacked a fridge it was in need of redecoration Dirty marks on the carpet and needed a paint job in parts

10.0Friendly and helpful staff. Great location - very peaceful but a 10 minute drive from Glastonbury and Wells. Also very near to Wookey Hole and Cheddar Gorge. The facilities are excellent !

− There wasn’t anything that we didn’t like but Just a couple more plug sockets in the bedrooms would be ideal and there was a problem with wasps on the patio
