Five-star prices, but three-star standards at best.
4.0The staff at reception,and the bar were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and professional. Definitely the best part of our stay.
− Five-star prices, but three-star standards at best. The bathroom was dirty, basic toiletries were missing, and there was no minibar, bottled water, or room service. The restaurant was closed in the evenings. Our room had only one cup and one glass, which housekeeping removed without replacing. A dirty iron stained our clothes. The baby cot we requested before arrival was only provided after asking again, with bedding but no covers. The window had no handle, allowing noise and drafts into the room. For this price, we expected significantly better services, cleanliness, and comfort. We strongly advise future guests to think twice before booking. This is simply not a genuine five-star experience.
We really enjoyed our stay here and can’t wait to come back again!
10.0Perfect location with excellent links to public transport to visit the sights in the city. Great breakfast. Friendly, helpful staff. Sea view. Very short walk to lots of nice shops and restaurants. Very short walk to a lovely beach.
