5.0− Il faisait assez froid dans la chambre malgré le chauffage, mauvaise isolation phonique et thermique. Hôtel bruyant. Le réceptionniste pas très professionnel et ne voulais pas être dérangé pour regarder la TV ou autre se referme dans un espace étroit situé à l’entrée de la réception.

5.0− Chambre au 1er etage coté rue, très mal insonorisée et donc très bruyante. Demande de changement de chambre refusée. Compte tenu du prix de la chambre, il est légitime d’attendre de meilleures prestations.
