We were very disappointed in our stay at the inn.
2.0− The floors in our specific room were filthy. Mine and our children’s feet were black from walking on the floor. Also we went to turn the beds down to wind down for night and there were not any fitted sheets on the mattresses nor any type of mattress protectors on either bed. The room was stuffy and stale after turning the A/C. We’re normally not complainers, but we also paid $138 a night to stay for the weekend to visit family. We understand the property is alittle older. We voiced our concerns to staff and all they had to tell us is that they were sorry to hear that. No one asked how they could rectify the situation. The property was pleasing on the outside but once inside the room was a very different setting.
Overall a pleasant enough stay

− One hand towel inn the room (not a big thing but showed a lack of housekeeping detail). Breakfast was marginal. Room was oddly furnished and somewhat dimly lighted.

People were very pleasant they did get our refrigerator working when we told them. Breakfast was ok.
7.0Close to everything
− Refrigerator stop working, usually I have a coffee machine in my room. Couldn’t have coffee at night when I got back. Didn’t have a microwave would have been nice too.
Overall a good experience just plan to pack food or stop by a store for breakfast foods.
9.0Room was a great size and well stocked/cleaned. Staff was friendly and knowledge.
− The complementary breakfast was lacking, especially for people with different dietary needs.
