Très belle expérience en Ryokan
10.0Ryokan traditionnel avec réservation d'un onsen privé. Nuits sur des futons. Buffet du matin et du soir très copieux et large choix avec des plats japonais et occidentaux. Kimonos fournis. C'était très bien !
− Comme chambre traditionnelle, pas de volet, donc jour à partir de 4h30 avec exposition sud. Pour rejoindre le centre-ville, le premier bus est à partir de 9h. Avant, il faut prendre un taxi ou à pied (20min). À pied sans valise, agréable. Avec valise, plus physique car des dénivelés et pas de trottoir.

8.0夕食の内容が良いと家族に好評でした。小さな孫達も、かき氷やジュース、ケーキを喜んでいました。 アルコールフリーも大人たちに好評でした。
− プールの使用が２０日からというのが残念でした。当初１８，１９日に利用と考えていたので。夏休みに入り、かつ３連休なのになぜ利用可能にしないのか？大変残念でした。ホテルの案内にプールありとあり、そこには２０日から開始というのが無かったように思います。予約後、いろいろ質問している中で知りました。残念です。 もう１件、３部屋１５名で利用したのですが、全員揃うまでレストランに入れないというのが不自由でした。せめて部屋単位にしてもらえればと思いました。

10.0施設の雰囲気も良かったですし、客室露天風呂も最高でした。 ReFaのドライヤー類、シャンプーなどがあったのも女性としてはとてもテンション上がりました！！ 今回ご飯美味しいところ＆客室露天風呂あるところで探していたのですが、ご飯もとても美味しく、お酒も飲み放題な所に感動しました！！ 更に誕生日のサプライズをお願いしていたのでそれにも満足でしたが、チェックアウトの際にお菓子とお手紙を貰えるとは思っておらず、彼氏共々ビックリしました！！ ここはリピート確定だね と話しているので、また是非利用させて頂きたいと思います！！

Beautiful location and onsen
10.0We had the buffet dinner both night we were there. The food was excellent, lot of choice and very tasty.
− I wanted to book a kaiseki dinner, but by the time I checked in, there was no available reservation for either night I was there. I wasn't made aware before check-in that I needed a reservation for the kaiseki dinner. If I knew that, I would've made an effort to get a reservation.
