10.0The room and hotel were very nice. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. The young girl Beyza in reception in particular was extremely helpful. She arranged for the Green Tour that we took as well as transport to the airport. She let us have late check out on our last day. Her ability to speak and understand English was very good. The hotel was walkable from the main area of the town. The breakfast was a little different than we are used to but it was interesting and we found enough to eat. If you wanted you could listen to music at night. A great view of the balloons first thing in the morning. Unfortunately we had rain the last morning so no balloons. There were lots of restaurants available to eat at. Would definitely stay here again.

10.0Loved my stay here in such a unique property. Beyza who manages the front desk was amazing— so friendly, and helpful helping to get me booked on a few different tours the hotel offers which were all great. The rooftop bar is fantastic, great views of Göreme. Highly recommend this property, I’d definitely stay here again.
