All in one hat es sich für den Strand und das gute Essen gelohnt
6.0Die Anlage ist sehr schön, leider zu wenige Liegen am Strand. Das Essen hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt.
− Von der Hygiene her war es leider nicht so, unser Zimmer war leider nicht so sauber, sodass ich selbst nach putzen musste. Was uns auch gestört hat war, dass direkt vor unserem Zimmer ein Wasserrohr aufgebohrt wurde, was zu Lärm und schmutz geführt hat und die neuen Schuhe von meinem Mann schmutzig wurden. Die Bauarbeiter waren zwar sehr freundlich aber ich finde das vom Hotel wenigstens die Option mit Zimmerwechsel oder eine Entschädigung hatte kommen können, denn wir hatten 2 Tage lang den Lärm zu hören. Das Personal war teils überfordert, was zu einigen Fehlern geführt hat.

10.0Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt und möchten uns herzlich beim gesamten Team bedanken! Besonders hervorheben möchten wir Meryem vom Guest Service, die sich sehr liebevoll und aufmerksam um uns gekümmert hat, insbesondere bei der Reservierung im À-la-carte-Restaurant. Ihre herzliche und freundliche Art ist wirklich besonders. Auch Fahriye war stets sehr nett und freundlich. Ein großes Dankeschön geht auch an Burak, den Chef des À-la-carte-Restaurants. Er hat sich persönlich um unser Anliegen gekümmert und sich wirklich große Mühe gegeben, damit wir zufrieden sind. Das war einfach toll! Auch der Tenniskurs mit Büşra hat uns sehr viel Spaß gemacht. Sie ist eine tolle Persönlichkeit und eine super Tennislehrerin! Nicht zu vergessen Yasin an der Wunderbar in der Lobby – er macht einen wirklich perfekten Cappuccino und hervorragenden Kaffee! ☕️ Zum Schluss möchten wir uns ganz besonders bei Herrn Ümit, dem Director, bedanken. Er ist sehr freundlich, gut erreichbar und vor allem lösungsorientiert. Was uns besonders gefallen hat: Wenn einmal ein Problem auftritt, bemühen sich alle Mitarbeiter und Verantwortlichen sofort darum, eine gute Lösung zu finden und die Gäste glücklich zu machen. Diese Aufmerksamkeit und Gastfreundschaft haben wir sehr geschätzt. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für diesen schönen Aufenthalt – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! ❤️
