8.0− The check-in and check-out process was disappointing. We had to wait in a queue during check-out, which took longer than expected. During check-in, my wife provided her card for the security deposit. We were informed that the amount would only be held as a pre-authorization; however, it was charged instead. I then paid the hotel charges using my own card, yet we were informed that it would take up to 14 days for the amount charged to my wife's card to be refunded.

Pepper is temporarily closed. Garden Café all dining restaurant is open daily for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The breakfast buffet is available Sunday to Thursday 06:30 -11:00 | Breakfast Friday and Saturday 07:00 -11:30 at KD 14 per person. Lunch is available for ordering from the a la carte menu from 13:00 to 16:00. Dinner is available for ordering from the a la carte menu from 19:00 to 23:00. The Lobby Lounge is open daily from 09:00 to 23:00 | Afternoon Tea from 14:00- 19:00. Olio Trattoria Italiana is open Monday to Saturday from 16:00 to 23:00 (closed on Sundays). Mint Cafe is open daily from 11:00 AM to 00:00. Talise Spa is open daily from 10:00 - 20:00. Talise Fitness Club is open daily from 06:00 to 23:00.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
