− No comfortable chairs Shower hard to get in, rubbish piled up outside our room outside the window and often rubbish at the door step. No reception and no instructions on how to get into the building.

− La literie, en particulier celle du lit double, est à changer! Nous y avons très mal dormi et avons été contraints d'échanger avec nos enfants (qui utilisaient initialement les lits simples) tant nous avions mal au dos le lendemain. La salle de bain est très exiguë. Impossible d'y tenir à plus d'une seule personne. Ce qui peut être gênant dans un logement pour 4 personnes. Le logement est globalement vieillot et mériterait nettement d'être "rafraîchi".

8.0Excellent Location and Comfortable Accommodation The apartment was in a perfect location, just a five-minute walk from Paddington Station, with plenty of eateries and grocery stores close by. We were upgraded to the family room, which was spacious and provided extra beds, making the stay even more comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with ample utensils and crockery, while the bathroom was adequate and functional. The bedding was particularly comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep. The self-check-in process was straightforward, with clear and easy-to-follow instructions for accessing the apartment. Overall, a very comfortable stay in an excellent location, with everything we needed close at hand.
