Hospedagem no Oasis Tower
7.0A estrutura do quarto em si é muito boa.
− Achei os funcionários da recepção um pouco deselegantes e mal educados, na forma de exigir os documentos do hospede. Nada é explicado, cobram de uma maneira um pouco ríspida, tipo, agora quero isso, me dá isso. Tipo: ou me dá o que eu quero ou procura outro lugar. Não custa um pouco de educação, tratar o hóspede como senhor ou senhora!. Poderia dizer : agora eu vou precisar que o senhor me forneça isso... Coisa básica de educação. E no final ainda te pedem pra mencioná-los na avaliação do booking com uma anotação com os nomes deles: Aparecido e Paulo. Achei bem inapropriado. Outra coisa, cobram o estacionamento à parte, porém isso não é avisado com antecedência no momento da reserva. Poderiam deixar isso claro na plataforma de reservas.
A sinalização e iluminação de emergência carecem de manutenção urgente!!!
8.0Localização e atendimento dos funcionários.
− Infelizmente, no dia do check out, ocorreu um temporal em RP que causou diversos prejuízos na cidade e causou falta de energia em diversas regiões da cidade e também no hotel! Isso ocorre mesmo e não tem como prever. Minha preocupação foi com a sinalização de emergência, os corredores estavam escuros e a saída de emergência não estava em evidência, dificultando sua localização! As escadas de emergência também estavam com luzes queimadas!
Incrível com minha filha e minha mãe.
10.0Quarto excepcional e café da manhã muito delícia.
− O único ponto negativo foi a falta de energia elétrica, que infelizmente afetou toda a cidade de Ribeirão Preto durante nossa estadia. Sabemos que foi uma fatalidade e não responsabilidade do estabelecimento, mas isso acabou impedindo que aproveitássemos melhor nossa experiência.
