− The staff was extremely rude and racist not to mention the hotel was under construction and this was not relayed to me before my visit. All of the amenities including the pool were shut down and I was not compensated for this at all and still forced to play full price

so totally badly mismanaged that i have lost all respect for the hilton brand as an honors member
1.0this property was in midst of total remodel. the lobby was totally gutted and unusable and loud construction noise constantly. the kitchen was limited to a breakfast buffet with no available order service. I was given no notification that i would be walking into a construction zone and there would be such severe limitations. also there was no maid service that i could see the whole stay. overall a bad experience.
