1.0El espacio es bueno, tiene bonitas vistas hacia las montañas nevadas eso nos encanto, lugar limpio.
− Como sugerencia, el aparato de calefacción no funciona para un lugar con tan baja temperatura debe ser imprescindible, por este tema los 4 huéspedes tuvimos que dormir en la habitación principal donde estaba el aire acondicionado ya que el otro cuarto hacía demasiado frío.

10.0Excelente atención, muy limpio, con lo necesario para poder estar cómodo por la noche. Aire acondicionado funcionando de forma correcta sin ruidos molestos . Muy tranquilo y acogedor.
Por el personal no volveré.
7.0Buena ubicación.
− En nuestro caso, el trato del personal estuvo muy lejos de lo esperado. La mucama que nos atendió llegó llamándonos la atención de manera prepotente porque la habíamos apurado para que bajara con la llave, a pesar de que ya eran pasadas las 15:00 horas, horario en que correspondía realizar el check-in. Entendemos que todos pueden tener momentos de mayor carga laboral, pero esa actitud no es grata para un huésped que ya ha pagado su estadía y que, además, estaba esperando la habitación porque tenía una reunión. Lamentablemente, este episodio hizo que nuestra experiencia comenzara de muy mala manera. Al consultar su nombre para identificar a la persona que nos atendió, se negó a proporcionarlo. Solo sabemos que correspondía al sector de la habitación 318. Esperamos que esta situación sea revisada para que otros huéspedes no tengan que vivir una experiencia similar. Por este motivo es que no lo recomiendo ni se lo recomendaré a mis conocidos, gracias.

9.0Muy acogedor, la ubicación, cuenta con cable y wi fi, la comunicación con la administración excelente y la seguridad.
− Alguna dificultad con una chapa pero existió preocupación para resolverlo pronto por parte de la administración, y por otra parte, el horario de llegada, podría ser antes. La ropa de cama podría ser más gruesa.
