The kitchenette facilities include hot plates, frying pan and saucepans, microwave, fridge, tea, coffee, toast making facilities. The bathroom has both a shower and spa bath. Unit 18 has a queen and a sofa bed. This room does not allow pets. Please note this room cannot accommodate children under 10 years of age.

Please note units 11 and 13 may not be suitable for children under 4 years old as the stairs are quite steep. Stair gates are available upon request.

There is a large bedroom with king bed (or 2 singles) and a Smart TV with all SKY Sports and SKY Movies, a small living area with Smart TV and bean bags, a large dining table and bench seats, and a kitchen with hot plate, saucepans, electric frying pan, microwave and full size fridge. Upstairs are 2 rooms both with twin beds. There is a sofa bed and also room for a cot in the main bedroom. A clothes drying rack, high chair and stair gate are available on request. Please note that the staircase is steep and may not be suitable for children under 4 years old. Stair gates are available upon request. There is also a single couch bed in the master bedroom which would be suitable for an extra child.
