This was the 2nd time we stayed at this hotel ( this location) when we went to knoebels.

Would recommend anyone to stay here and you guys did great updated motel, have stayed here before.
9.0Bed was very comfortable!!! Would have loved to take the mattress with me!!! Have fridge and microwave with little coffee maker in each room which is nice too.
− The toaster kept popping the breaker while eating breakfast and making our breakfast. The exhaust fan in the bathroom in didn't work while I took a shower..

9.0Clean. Comfortable.
− Our key didn't work. After the 1st time. Instead of giving us a new key he just used his pass key to let us into our room. So we could not totally close our door when we took our dogs out.. The price for the dogs was a little high

5.0The pillows were nice and room was fairly clean.
− When we arrived the front desk clerk proceeded to tell us our reservation was canceled. When I asked why he said it's because I didn't pay. I showed him my confirmation and after about 2-3 minutes of that he decided to tell me he was joking. Then we entered our room and we did not have a gold coarse view and although fairly clean our full length mirror in the main room was filthy with hand prints and face smudges. Then the next morning at breakfast while trying to make a bagel the power kept going out in the dining area. Then an employee came in and scolded me for uses both toaster slots at the same time because I was the one making the power go out as it tripped the breaker. No sign explaining you can only use half the toaster supplied.
Ok. Wouldn't stay again if the manager hadn't been as kind.
4.0Manager was kind and did the best he could. Provided a discount on the stay and offered direct contact for the next stay. Breakfast was more than expected. Fitness room looks amazing with the offer of free weights.
− Had to kill bugs in my room, on my bed, ceiling and watched one crawl in from under the flooring. Window sill and window had dead bugs, spider webs and dirt. Air units were filled with construction dirt and dust...gross.
