10.0What a tasteful yet homely pub stay! There was poor comunication between expedia and kings Head regards the number of people in our party for the room! But staff did all in their power to compensate and make us comfortable!! Will certainly go back and will give an excellent score. Loved the food and everything about it!! Only downside is - food stops at 8pm. But they do ptovide a cold platter after this time that's delicious!
Night away in Ravenstone.
10.0A superb night away, both the food/drink and service was spot on. They couldn't have made it more dog friendly. With nice little touches. Breakfast was also a real treat. Highly recommend and will certainly return. Thank you Paul, Annalie and Immy (Teddy & Maisie)
An excellent place to stay and eat
10.0The pub is situated in peaceful countryside and is in a great location. The proprietors were so welcoming and kind, helping me to my room with my luggage. My room was comfortable, nicely decorated and the bathroom clean with nice toiletries. The food in the pub was good, and the service was friendly and efficient. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough and would certainly stay there again if I’m in the area.

10.0This hotel is an absolute hidden gem and the perfect base for exploring the surrounding areas. The views are nothing short of picturesque, and there are plenty of peaceful nature walks right on the doorstep. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with an incredible attention to detail that makes every corner worth exploring. Each room is uniquely decorated, cosy, and full of character—truly a home away from home. The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere, ideal whether you’re enjoying a relaxed meal or just stopping in for a drink. What really makes this place special, though, are the owners—so warm and welcoming, they instantly make you feel like part of the family. Can’t wait to come back!
