2.0Disgusting room, had bed bugs and spiders I the room and dirty sheets, when I asked for another room they gave me attitude and said I was making excuses I would definitely avoid this place

2.0The bed was hard trowels were ugly no blow dryer no water no coffee pot the smoke detector was disconnected no light outside our door we wanted to leave but couldn’t get another room we will never go to this place again it was horrible Then they brought us a coffee pot and coffee but when we asked for the water they said we had to buy it in the office

2.0The air conditioner was rattling really loud and was about to fall off the wall. The coffee machine had a used bag still in it. There was only one bag of coffee and nothing else. Had to go get some. A very tiny soap bar. And the tv remote doesn’t work well. For two people it wasn’t a very good experience

2.0Paid in full we get there the lady said the room hadn't been paid for. I showed her my bank statement and itinerary where it said paid in full but her computer said it wasn't. Ended up going somewhere else. Clerk was rude. Place looks nothing like pictures they had on the website
