VERY VERY .......... BAD EXPERIENCE IN HOTEL.
1.0NOTHING except hotel is very near to Baga beach.
− Had changed from favourite category room to star category room ( room nos 6) just few days before going to Goa to avail better facilities but found torn bed sheet ( pic with me), AC not working in start category room. Got room changed to favourite room ( room nos 9) after few hours of check in same day (1st June). In that room no intercom, door locks were loose and neither could be open or closed and always called staff for help, no dustbin in room, TV socket was loose and always getting off, in 3 days stay not less that 30 to 40 times electricity went off. Informed Dharmendra ( Manager) but he rather than helping he argued in very impolite manner. Anyhow stayed for 3 days. Worst was when went for making payment on 4th June the bill was made for star category room ( much higher charges). Again had bitter argument both with Dharmendra and Yogesh. Both were not ready to reduce the amount and charge for faviourite room where I stayed. When I threatened them that I will complain to police and also on social media then they very unwillingly charged correct rate. Both are cheats who are brainless and think can fool customer by charging wrong price. I am very sorry to say that even booking.com sent me a mail informing that I have been charged favourite catergory for star category room where I did not stay. Booking.com should find why they have been mis informed from Casa Baga. I WILL NEVER SUGGEST ANYONE TO STAY IN THIS HOTEL.

− Cleanliness in balcony of the room, we have selected a special room especially for balcony view which was disappointed as the balcony was not clean and there is no view point as well.
