6.0Location by the beach. Lola on reception who helped me so much through a very difficult time. Thank you Lola.
− The lift broke regularly. Leading to having to walk up stairs many floors in the heat. My partner had a heart failure on the stairs, fell badly all when the lift was broken leading to an 18 day Intensive care hospital stay. When i checked out of the hotel early to move to Palma to be near him, I asked for some reimbursement for the two nights I cancelled and despite applying for this directly and via Booking.com they did nothing.

8.0− Ze se nedalo dostat lehátko u bazénu , pokud člověk nečekal přímo v 9.00 pres bazénem pak se navalí lidé a daji si ručník a jdou pric a personal stim nic neděla to to není preci normální když maji málo lehátek

8.0Situation incroyable sur le front de mer. Parking très abordable en proximité immédiate, places réservées aux clients de l'hôtel. Chambres propres, confortables, fonctionnelles. Le port de Soller est un point de chute idéal pour visiter les superbes villages environnants. De nombreux restaurants, une plage vaste, propre et très sympa.
− On a été déçu par le petit déjeuner malgré un buffet très varié.
