8.0The staff was very hospitable. Even though, the staff except front desk don't speak English, they will go extra mile by pulling out their mobile phones for communication using translators. They won't make you feel any language barriers. Big shout out to Staff Alex and Yuang Li who looked after me very professionally daily at the breakfast. They polite and welcoming behaviour was outstanding. Alex helped me to heat the food in the evening which was a smooth experience for me. I liked the professionalism of the staff despite the language barrier, they go extra mile and won't make you feel any challenge.
− The gym facility should remain open 24/7.

9.0Clean , spacious rooms and next to Wanda Plaza, staff are always available to help out and the restaurant staff are always great. Breakfast selection is great.
