− L'organizzazione della sala ristorante. Noi ci siamo adattati senza problemi, ma quando i clienti arrivano nessuno gli spiega come funziona, antipasto self,il tavolo che rimane sempre quello,il bere del pasto precedente che viene gentilmente fatto trovare sul tavolo il pasto successivo..noi ci abbiamo riso su,ma abbiamo visto persone decisamente spiazzato..

− Per essere un 4 stelle la cena non è stata un granche. Buffet dopo un oretta dall' pertura orario cena era completamente sguarnito e non sostituito. Quindi se si arriva verso/poco dopo le 20 a cena molto probabilmente non si trova quasi nulla...
