From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the stunning location, luxurious atmosphere, and most of all, the incredible service. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any request, ensuring that our every need was met with a smile. Our room was spacious, elegantly designed, and offered breathtaking views of the Alps and Lake St. Moritz. The hotel’s facilities, including the spa and dining options, exceeded our expectations, providing a perfect balance of relaxation and indulgence. The location is ideal, just a short distance from the town center and ski slopes, with convenient shuttle service available. 10.0I had a great staying! The staff is very gentle and available, the rooms are big, the interior of the hotel is elegant and cozy and the lake view is just priceless. The best part of all was the spa, one of the best I’ve been to. Also 5 stars for the Grand Restaurant at the hotel!
