− Les lieux étaient poussiéreux, mal nettoyés après les précédents visiteurs. Une remise en état s'impose avant de proposer ce logement à des voyageurs en visite à Bayonne.

9.0Sehr zentrale Lage in Bayonne, allerdings sollte man sich bewusst sein, dass in dieser Ecke viele Bars und Restaurants sind, die abends geöffnet haben. Wen etwas Trubel auf der Straße an Sommerabenden stört, sollte lieber eine andere Unterkunft wählen - wir fanden es sympatisch und eher gut dass die Gegend nicht verwaist ist abends. Die Wohnung war funktional und sauber.
− Wir hatten bei hohen Temperaturen die Dachgeschoss-Wohnung und damit war es einfach warm, wogegen auch die vorhadenen Ventilatoren wenig machen konnnten. Nachts durchlüften funktionierte gut. Die Müllabfuhr ist in der Gegend sehr fleißig und hat jeden Morgen während unseres Aufenthalts die Contaier vor dem Gebäude geleert -- zum Glück so früh, dass wir nochmal weiterschalfen konnten, aber wach waren wir immer. Wir hätten uns umfangreicheres Geschirr und Küchenausstattung gewünscht: eine Wasserkaraffe wäre schön, mehr Teller und Besteck auch. So lief die Spülmaschine sehr regelmäßig, aber nicht annähernd voll.

5.0L'emplacement bien situé mais bruyant++ en gardant la fenêtre ouverte avec les températures !
− L' attente du personnel pour rendre les clés et l état des lieux pour une nuit 30 minutes d' attente ! Le bruit le soir, côté fenêtre restaurant juste en dessous, , le ménage tôt le matin. Pas l'idéal pour une nuit de vacances tranquille! Logement étudiant
