10.0This was a wonderful hotel, right across the street from the Sea! Staff were very kind and helped with any of our needs.
Good value for money and nice staff but also things that need improvement
4.0Good things about this hotel was price, nice staff, free breakfast, good location and 2 bottles of water (coffee and tea) in the room for free. The location is right next to beach and near aonang night market. I got new room after I reported the smell of mold in my room. There was also really loud air conditioning. There were also things that were not good or needed improvement. There is no locker in the rooms for money or other belongings. The room smelled of mold but the cleaners tried to cover it up with perfumes/cleaning agents. The blanket in my room was a little yellow and had other stains on it. Towels smelled bad.
Decent Hotel but not Luxurious
6.0The hotel location was good and it served its purpose. However, the entire hotel seems like it is breaking apart. The wear and tear of the hotel is very bad and the fitness center needs an entire overhaul. Also, there was a lot of noise at night with people shouting and screaming in the hallways

8.0The rooms were very basic and needed an update, but the resort itself is nice and the pools are good. I liked the location near the night market and food.

10.0Excellent - very good swimming pool - hôtel very clean - at the desk they speak correct english and they are nice - near the beach and departure with longtrail to visit islands -- big room, balcony, big bed, 2 swimming pool, one for the kids, near the night market - we enjoy it very much
