8.0Casa Vagator is located close to several sundowner places like Baaree, Masaya and several more! The Vagator hilltop market is also closeby. The room was spacious and had all amenities. They only served breakfast which was minimal but sufficient - no food wastage. The restaurant was not functioning throughout the day so they allowed food delivery via Zomato etc. The staff was very helpful. They help arrange for bikes and taxis.
− The access to the beach should be better.

7.0The staff were extremely polite, understanding. When I had troubles with my flights and travel, I was able to easily communicate and manage the bookings. The manager was quite helpful, friendly, and approachable. The room was well maintained and had sufficient comfortable space and furniture with a good balcony to watch the sunset. The location was good and easy access to the Sundowner cafes and can easily move around to other interesting places in Vagator.
− Despite having a room service menu, the restaurant rarely has items available to order. The dining area is poorly maintained; given the excellent view, one would expect a premium experience that simply isn't being delivered. Both the tablecloths and service tables were noticeably unclean. Ultimately, the high prices are not justified by this subpar level of service.

8.0Персонал очень вежливый и внимательный. Завтрак вкусный. Расположение отеля отличное. Очень красивый вид на океан с ресторана. Имеется выход к океану. Номер большой с удобной большой кроватью.
− Выход к океану это ужасная тропинка между гор мусора. В номере было очень влажно и пахло сыростью и плесенью. Постоянно были проблемы с кондиционером, протекал конденсат.

6.0People working there are amaizing. Helped us with the medication when we got poisoned and gave us better room when we complained about loud music in the club next to the hotel. Food in the restaurant is ok. Location is also good.
− Be aware that the music is so loud on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Party starts at 10pm and lasts till noon next day, so be ready that there is not possible to sleep. Vibrations from the club next to the hotel are so strong, that we thought it’s an earthquake. Definitely not recommended for sleeping there during these days.
