6.0Our initial greeting was nonexistent. We arrived late at night and the front desk lady was apparently doing something with the man at the desk. But there was no recognition of our presence. Neither one was talking and the man was looking at his phone. This went on for 5” when my husband said, “we are here to check in,” The lady told him she would get to us after she finished working with her colleague. Still, no greeting. Another 7” went by, and eventually she gave him some papers and he left. Only then did she say “good evening can I help you?” No apology nor thank you for waiting, and obviously no smile. We checked in finally, but we will not be coming back. Also, the valet man refused to park our van.
