10.0飯店乾淨整潔，交通方便，服務人員很熱情，飯店雖然有階梯，但飯店人員立即會來幫忙提行李，非常貼心，飯店對面有GS25便利商店，7-11超商走路2分鐘，走路2分鐘有自助洗衣店，旁邊也有很多家賣鞋子的店家及按摩店
− 住7F的5人房，浴室水壓有點小，因建築關係，電梯只到6樓，需要再爬一層樓梯，有點小可惜

9.0Fijne ruime kamer met goede douche op een toplocatie vlakbij het Hoan Kiem meer. Het personeel was enorm behulpzaam en vriendelijk.
− Het ontbijt was erg mager. Het was ook niet duur, maar je kan beter ergens anders ontbijten.
Simpel maar goed!
