8.0Overall we enjoyed our time. We did find the ads for the hotel to be misleading in terms of expectations for the quality of the room and bathroom. The hotel liaising shows very nice, well decorated and updated rooms. We did feel that our room and bathroom were very dated and plain looking in comparison. Part of the ceiling in our bathroom if was flaking off. Wished it could have been closer to what we anticipated!

10.0This is truly an undiscovered spot. Very quiet and great view of the city. If you Must have AC don’t stay here. They do have a ceiling fan and a floor fan for both bedrooms so it wasn’t bad even at temps in the 90’s. It’s about a 15 minute taxi ride to the city so it’s not bad and will cost you between $25 and $30 Euro. Make sure you have cash. It was very safe and a real treat. The menu for dinner was surprisingly good and was very affordable.

10.0A fabulous hotel with one of the very best view of Florence. An unforgettable experience - fine room, an excellent kitchen with full service and daily special menus. Close to the bus stop for travel to central Florence. A great place!
