10.0What a property,staff were welcoming,friendly and made your stay the best it could be ,everything was clean ,and all facilities made available to you and everything works as it should ,breakfast was amazing and a lot of choice ,hosts spent time with you and have a lot of knowledge of the area ,it was like you had known them for years ,nothing was a problem ,we have stayed in many b&b’s over the years but none come even close to this one,an ideal model for what a stay should be ,the location is beautiful and ideal for access to sightseeing locations ,we had a wedding at launceston Barton and this property is ideally located for that ,I would personally rate this property well above 5 stars and excellent value for money Thanks for a great stay and we will certainly be looking to come back ,
