10.0Yes sure, I would highly recommend this motel to all my whanau and friends. This view and these sunrises brought me such uplifting happiness and the reset that I absolutely needed. Sheila the owner is incredibly stunning in hospitality, comfort and privacy. A lot of respect for the place. I am not really an early morning person and while staying here. I was up before the sun on both days I stayed. Appreciate the nature. Had native birds come so close to the room, eating from trees right outside the room. Was absolutely beautiful
− I have very high cleaning standards. So if I was being picky stuff wasn't wiped down to my satisfactory, that could just be me (toilet seat i and behind grooves ect) Also a musty smell in the air. I think its just old lino or tiles needing replacing. But if the toilet door left open while out during the day while the rest of the room closed. Smelt musty.

9.0The location was nice quiet. Not too far from all the bars and restaurants great walking track near by. The lady was extremely helpful and caring even allowed a late check out as it wasn't very busy I really appreciated that was nice to have a lay in and take my time in the morning would definitely go back there and take my family
