Nightmare experience
2.0I called Westmont Hospitality Group-WHG about this issue only to find out this is not a real Westmont (they just slapped the name on there) -I was only there for 45 minutes. This was a day before a hurricane, I went to drop off some food for my cousin who was seeking shelter at this motel. As I was leaving a woman stopped me, who said she was the owner came and yelled at me because I didn’t see their 3x5 index card that says “no visitors”, as if I would have comply to this ridiculous request in the middle of a natural disaster. Don’t stay here. Seeing as how I couldn’t leave a complaint with WHG I went ahead and made a complaint to DPBR about other issues I saw with this motel. While filing the complaint, I found that DPBR has been to this location multiple times because of verified consumer complaints.

6.0Bed was decent. Bugs were very friendly and non aggressive 🐞 The PILE of trash and junk was kept neatly next to the entrance to the pool. I recommend you take your own can of Febreze…. Hit the AC vent and unload on the whole room, and go for a 30min walk. When you come back it should be livable. Dont piss off the lady at the front… You just might make it.

4.0First off, no matter how many days you stay, there is no maid service, so you are on your own for new towels, toilet paper etc. The rooms are old and the mattress is cheap but not impossible to sleep on The most important thing to note is that for whatever reason, they don’t have lights on the exterior in the outdoor “halls.” It’s literally dark, so you really on moonlight or street lights. It’s weird and it’s disconcerting. I’ve never seen anything like it.
