10.0Excellent value for money! From the moment you walk into the lobby, the hotel feels much more luxurious than its price suggests. The elegant marble interior creates a premium atmosphere. The room was cool, spotless, and very comfortable. The bed, pillows, and linens were excellent, and there was a convenient workspace as well. The indoor swimming pool was a great bonus, and we also loved the cute panda-themed decorations throughout the hotel. What made our stay truly special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind and professional. A special thanks to Alex, who helped us arrange taxis and was always happy to assist. The entire team made us feel genuinely welcome, taking care of every little detail. The level of service felt like a high-end luxury hotel. Highly recommended!

The hotel’s location is unbeatable for anyone planning to visit the Panda Base, especially early-morning visitors who like to see the super star Hua Hua. Being able to get there quickly and easily made the experience even better. The front desk team was exceptionally friendly and considerate, especially for family travelers. They made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived and were attentive throughout our stay. I also appreciated how they recognized my Platinum Elite status—it added a personal touch that made the stay feel even more special. A special thank you to Alex at the front desk, whose professionalism and kindness stood out. Alex went above and beyond to ensure everything was smooth and comfortable for us.
