− 先ず車寄せ時誰一人来ず、車を何処に駐車して良いのかわからず、フロントでは予約の確認がなかなか取れずお客への配慮が無い、フロントの脇には雨漏りのバケツがいっぱい、以前の利用時のこころがなく、利用失敗もう二度と利用はしませんがっかり

− I have been a customer here for over three years. However, during this stay, there was a misunderstanding regarding the room size. A male staff member wearing glasses appeared irritated while explaining the issue. He repeatedly said “No, no, no” without giving a clear explanation. Unfortunately, we picked up the wrong room key because it was placed on the counter. Instead of informing us properly, this staff member followed us from behind and forcefully pulled the key from my hand. His aggressive behavior caused an injury to my hand. I truly do not understand why he could not explain the situation calmly and politely. This stay has been very disappointing. Sadly, I do not think I will return to stay here again in the future.
