− Our room smelt like cigarettes and the fan didn’t work in our first room and the charger didn’t work in the second room.

1.0Nothing. Room wasn't clean staff wasn't friendly. TV in the room was broken. Ac was making wierd noises. Heating kettle wasn't heating. Bed wasn't clean and towels were dirty.
