5.0Clean and spacious. Parking
− Failed to reply to 2 emails. No remote control for the TV. No garden view
Nice location in a pretty village close to Lakedown Brewery
7.0The room was clean and a good size, the bed was comfortable, the shower was excellent and easy to use, and the rear view of the countryside was lovely. The location was good for us to visit Lakedown Brewery close by, and the village of Burwash is very pretty.
− We arrived two hours after the earliest check-in time, and our room was still not ready. There was no remote for the TV which was a bit annoying, and no milk for tea and coffee in the morning. No instructions for check-out, the pub was closed so we didn't know what to do with our key.
Great spot for a stop over, nice village, opposite a grocery store.
10.0Great little Inn. Very friendly staff and locals, felt like a home away from home. Even gave us a lift in the morning to a flower garden.
Adequate, but disappointing.
4.0− There was no food available as they didn’t have a chef. Despite being contacted to confirm the booking, we were not made aware of this until we tried to book a table for dinner. We stayed four nights, the room wasn’t serviced, we were left only three dusty teabags. No information provided and no remote for the tv.
motel was poor but not overpriced the location was outstanding
4.0view was outstanding room and bed very poor

Great touring base.
10.0The location is brilliant, a beautiful area and so many great places to visit half an hour or so away. A perfect base to explore further afield.
− We were fine with everything. Area is a bit limited food-wise, so be prepared for that.
