10.0We had an amazing experience thanks to the extra courteous, helpful, gentle, and kind staff. The location is unparalleled and the hotel has character. But what made the whole stay superb were the staff and managers. We felt truly welcome every minute we were there. We’re especially thankful for all they did to accommodate our food/dietary issues. Their spa staff Kabita and Soniya were great, as was everyone at the restaurant.
Peaceful and relaxing - convenient escape from Kathmandu busyness.
8.0Peaceful location. Room good size and nice sitting area on balcony that is not overlooked by other guests. Restaurant food was good. Staff very friendly and even arranged a cake for our wedding anniversary celebration. Like that the hotel are not using plastic water bottles and have more environmental approach to making drinking water available to guests. Had a really good back massage in the spa (therapist was able to locate muscle knots and massage appropriately).
− There was a little construction work going on so some areas were inaccessible. However, it is good that the hotel are taking time to upgrade the facilities. These improvements would lead me to give a 10 start rating.

1.0The hotel is 4 star not 5 as mentioned in booking.. the place smells bad, the room was so dirty (hair on my bed) and the bathroom is just another level of disgust. Room service called me while I’m asleep telling me that we will close now so I should order..
