Der Aufenthalt für uns als Familie war für eine Nacht in Ordnung.
7.0Die Lage ist toll. Unser Zimmer hatte Aussicht auf den Kanal, was sehr schön war. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
− Wir hatten ein 3-Bett-Zimmer, leider sind die Betten sehr schmal (nur ca. 80 cm breit), die Topper verrutschen und die Kissen war leider auch unbequem (zu hart). Ein kleines Bad kann ok sein, doch die Toilette war selbst für mich, als Frau mit 1,60 m, insofern nur nutzbar, wenn man etwas schräg darauf saß, da man ansonsten mit den Knien an die Tür gestoßen ist. Während unseres Aufenhaltes gab es im Nebenhaus Bauarbeiten, die morgens um 07:00 Uhr los gingen. Darauf hätte das Hotel auf der Website oder über die Buchungsportale hinweisen müssen, sodass man dies vor der Reservierung zur Kenntnis nehmen kann. Wir haben leider erst vor Ort durch das große, haushohe Baugerüst dadurch erfahren. Es handelte sich also auch um andauernde Baumaßnahmen und keine Tagesbaustelle.

4.0We grabbed this room last minute since there was nothing else available. Good walking location.
− Since we grabbed this room last minute, we didn't realize there was no elevator and we were on the 5th floor of really steep steps. In addition to this, they don't have quiet hours and the people next door could be heard of every word they were staying, and up till 3 AM even though I messaged the hotel.
