− It’s was so nasty and totally uncomfortable had bed bugs

− It wasn't clean! Staff was disappointing and no laundry room paid for stove wasn't one available and seen a bug . Had to beg for things from management

1.0Location to where we needed to be. Property was lite.
− Facility not prepared although checked in after the required time. Provided a room that was not yet cleaned...the word "cleaned" is relative term, apparently. When pulling the shower curtain out, there were dirty wash clothes still from prior occupants, just nasty. No working phone, television, shower, fridge, microwave...door was questionable to the point of removing personal items when leaving the room. Looks like the locks were questionable. Loud noise from tenants, who appears to occupy the property as extended stays...late night and early morning. Due to the last minute stay, there were no descent alternatives in the area, it was a holiday weekend. But never again...beware. This property is so horrible, I could see why there was a virtual assistant for check in, no direct staff.
