Imprescindible en una ruta por Perú
9.0Este alojamiento es simplemente espectacular. Un capricho para parar un poco y descansar en un exigente viaje a Perú. Las instalaciones son excelentes y el personal muy amable. Las termas están abiertas las 24 horas y rodeadas por un entorno de ensueño. En frente hay una granja de llamas y alpacas que se puede visitar. Esto hace que la estancia sea aún más especial. Los animales se ven mientras te bañas en las termas al igual que el río y los patitos. También es excelente que a solo unos metros haya actividades para realizar como tirolina, kayak, quads, paseos a caballo... El hotel aporta todo tipo de facilidades como servicio de taxi, lunch box... y detalles como bebida de bienvenida o traslado de maletas a la habitación. Os recomendamos aprovechar la estancia hasta el check out porque durante la mañana no hay nadie bañándose en las termas y es el mejor momento.
− Las pozas deberían ser un lugar de mayor tranquilidad porque unas termas implican descanso y relax. Para ello debería haber alguien más pendiente del silencio y respeto. En ocasiones demasiados niños y gente hablando alto. Es algo que el hotel debe cuidar y prestar más atención. El servicio de comidas/cenas es super lento. Pides por ejemplo dos botellas de agua y tardan 15' o más en traerlas... y la comida ya ni te cuento (mejor no ir con hambre ni con prisa). Algunas pozas de agua no estaban llenas a primera hora de la mañana.

10.0Everything! The staff went above and beyond, the facilities were exceptional, and our time there completely memorable, we will be back. Luis Miguel from the front desk and Oscar from the restaurant were particularly helpful and welcoming and their efforts made our stay even more enjoyable.
