10.0Everything , it was spotless, modern, kitchen was amazingly well stocked with quality goods. Lovely fluffy towels, good size bathrooms and that view, wow! We loved it so much we were able to stay an extra night. Beautifully presented and the staff were friendly and came in each day to empty rubbish and fresh towels if needed. Good position could walk to shops including a Woolies but just a 3 min drive to the main town with restaurants etc and access tothe passenger ferry to Russell. Right across the road is the beach. Spent a lot of time sitting on the balcony just soaking up the view.

10.0The property is close to town, close to Waitangi, right across the road from the beach and has a little superette nice and close for essentials. The apartment we had was amazing - beautiful views across the water and a spa - we absolutely loved it and will definitely be back to enjoy it again in winter. Apartment was well equipped, warm, clean and with heaps of space.
