10.0A genuinely fantastic experience and would recommend this hotel to anyone. The service throughout was impeccable. The room was wonderful and spacious with fresh towels each day. The spa is brilliant and if you have the chance to join an Aufguss session we would strongly recommend it - it was great! The itinerary of daily events was a really nice touch and the dessert buffet (Fridays) and banquet dinners (Sundays) were very good. One of the very best hotel stays I have had.

10.0Hotel Cristallo is a gem of a hotel, and the perfect location from which to explore the Dolomites. The staff is extraordinarily friendly and helpful, and makes you feel at home. The spa and dining programs are both extremely well-run and add to the benefits of staying here, Was truly sad to leave. Highly recommend

Fantastic hotel stay with very bad ending...
4.0Hotel location, staff ,food, room and all facilities are great.These are 10/10...We have had 2 rooms with my boys. But we had a problem at the end of our stay wich our thoughts become very negative.After check out, we drove our car about 3 hours and remembered that my wife forgot her jacket at the wardrobe. Four members of our family were very sure that it was in the room when we left. We called the hotel 3 times to check if it is found and answers were all negative. It was very annoying to us. We are not considering value of the jacket. When you stay in a hotel ,it becomes your home during your stay and you want to feel 100% secured . As a result we do not want to go back again. Sorry...

10.0This hotel is way beyond our expectations. We really enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pool. The hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. It’s a great experience staying there. We wish we should have stayed longer.
