Never again - unprofessional staff and bad internet
1.0Location and comfortable bed.
− As I did an early check-in, I wanted to start to work from my room, but internet was not working. I called the reception 2 times, it was still the same. I took a nap, and wanted to work again around noon, no intrnet. I called the reception 2-3 times until I went downstairs and in person kindly ask for a solution. The lady was "frozen", didn't know to handle the situation at all. When I asked to switch to a new room, she said there is no available one. After a help of another staff, reseting router, still nothing. After almost an hour she suggested a new room. Oh wow, now they have it! She obviously lied. I switched to a new room, internet was working, but really really bad. Too much effort and unprofessional staff who even lies to a guest. Never again in this hotel.
