Wonderful stay, the best hotel
10.0We had an awesome stay at this hotel during July. Checking in went smoothly and the employee was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and pretty. The door in between got opened for us, since we had two rooms next to each other. The view of the pool, especially in the evening was very enjoyable. On our first full day Cristiano explained to us how the restaurant worked and came with a large plate of ice cream and my name spelled on it. My mom also got a surprise cocktail from him which she enjoyed a lot. During our stay he was very talkative and funny and we had lots of conversations with him. We would also like to thank Larissa, who works at the indoor cocktail bar. We shared interests and me and my mom spend a few nights at her bar talking with her. She was very sweet and funny and gave me an awesome drawing of a shared interest. Cristiano and Larissa made our stay very special and unforgettable. The breakfast and dinner were very variated in food, there was something for everyone. The fruit was decorated really pretty in a watermelon basket which is impressive. There were fun activities, mostly in the evening. On our last day there was a white party, the first one to exist. There were games for kids and adults. Balloons were thrown into the pool, some of them had "Criss cocktail'' written on them. With one of those you could get a free cocktail/mocktail. "Criss" as in Cristiano because he's one of the best cocktail makers. We also made sure to visit the waterpark a lot, we took pictures and went off fun slides. The waiting queues were not long and we did a lot of the rides. The people selling the photo's were very pushy and asked almost everyone who walked by if they had taken a picture and wanted to buy it. The fish foot massage somewhere in the back of the park was a really funny experience, it tickled a lot. We bought some souvenirs from the store at the waterpark but the staff there weren't really very friendly nor helpful. One of them had a very attacking and sharp voice when we said we wanted to buy something. In the hotel we had a good last conversation and we're absolutely coming back sometime. 10.0Everything was fantastic, the facilities, activities, but what REALLY stood out was the staff!! The people working there went above and beyond to make our stay a memorable one. Not just for our 4 year old but for us as well. We had a great time, thank you.
− If I had to point out anything, softer beds and air condition in the indoor swimming pool but other than that 10/10.

− El personal, muy borde ya que la recepcionista se equivocó y nos explicó que teníamos media pensión cuando no era así. Nos pasaron al restaurante y nos cobraron un precio desorbitado por la cena. No nos avisaron de cuando estaba la habitación lista, cuando quedaron en hacerlo. Finalmente nos dieron una habitación que no era la que habíamos pedido.

Please note that our Indoor Water Park is open and you will have 3 hours of use per night. It will be open from October 1, 2025 to April 30, 2026.
Access to certain areas of the Indoor Park, such as the adventure ride and the indoor playground, is only available by reservation and is not included in the daily rate.
The Outdoor Water Park will be open from May 1, 2026 to September 30, 2026 and access will be courtesy of our Hotel.
