− Das Hotel liegt leider nicht besonders zentral im Veneto. Die Frühstückszeit bis 9.00 Uhr ist doch recht kurz.

− Unglaublich unfreundlicher, unterkühlter Empfang und tagelanges, grundloses nahezu Ignorieren als Gast. Kommunikation stets nur auf das Wesentliche beschränkt - aus welchem Grunde auch immer. Ich sprach am letzten Tag mit Gästen aus Österreich - denen erging es exakt gleich.

− My travel mate had to carry a heavy case all the way up to his room because there was no elevator. Breakfast time terminated at 900
