Bad experience with staff, if you are Muslim with scarf stay away

Kahvaltısı oldukça lezzetli, çeşitli ve güzeldi. Otelin genel temizliği gerçekten çok iyiydi. Her yer tertemiz ve düzenliydi. Kat görevlileri her gün odamızı temizlemeye geldiler ve odamız her zaman temiz, düzenli ve bakımlıydı. Özellikle otel personeline ayrı bir teşekkür etmek istiyoruz. Tüm çalışanlar son derece güler yüzlü, samimi, saygılı ve yardımseverdi. Bütün isteklerimizi büyük bir ilgiyle karşıladılar ve her konuda bize yardımcı olmak, memnuniyetimizi sağlamak için ellerinden gelenin en iyisini yaptılar. Kendimizi gerçekten çok değerli ve hoş karşılanmış hissettik. Misafir memnuniyetine bu kadar önem veren bir otelde konaklamak bizim için büyük bir mutluluktu. 9.0Gym, sauna, pool & spa facilities. Friendly front desk staff and the room cleaners.
− Kitchen staff is bit rude, they need to be trained on etiquette especially the young servers/waiters. The furniture is the rooms is a bit dated, my headboard was peeling off and carpets need deep cleaning or changing.
