1.0− The garden villa was the worst room we’ve stayed. My husband and I both caught bacterial infections two days after check-in. The private pool was filthy with bugs and insects. The room smelled of mildew and mold.

− 餐厅种类以及餐食种类少的令人意想不到。对于一个五星级酒店最羞耻之处就是，最后一晚实在是不知道在瑞吉吃什么，只能跑去隔壁丽思卡尔顿吃了顿海鲜自助（因为今年年初去了一次丽思），竟然有种终于回家吃了一顿饭的感觉。
A slice of paradise
10.0St Regis was fabulous from start to finish. Check in was smooth and assisted by Andy who explained everything in perfect English for us. He took time to escort us to our room which had been upgraded to a sea view, took our breaths away. Room was huge, clean and beautiful bathroom with sunken bath. Breakfast was delicious and a huge range of delights for all nationalities, nothing was too much trouble in every part of this superb building. Special mention for Andy who liased with Atlantis for our dinner one evening and even arranged a special Birthday package, service was beyond our expectations and he made our whole stay beautiful. We would not hesitate visiting again to paradise.
