Wonderful beachfront resort
9.0Great resort with so many facilities. The kids loved the water slide, the kids club, the little farm, plus trying so many different sports. Mum and dad loved the spa and the steam room with hot and cold plunge pool. Breakfast was exceptional, one of the best breakfast buffets we've had. I think we were there in peak time and we often had to wait for a table inside, but other than that we were happy and there was plentiful food despite the busyness Room was large and very comfortable.
− Not much we didn't like. Personally, the location was a bit far from the main city of Danang for us - we like heading into town each day to sightsee, try different restaurants etc and it was a 20 minute car ride each way. It was easy and cheap to get Grabs from the resort though. The food felt expensive for Vietnam, even by resort standards.

8.0The staff, especially at the service desk and valet area were amazingly helpful and kind. The grounds are beautiful. Access to the beach is easy.
− Hyatt have still not released the funds they held on my CC, almost 3 weeks after checkout. When I first enquired they told me it was my bank holding them, my bank says it is Hyatt. I am now having to fill in and send off paperwork in order to access MY money. Hyatt will put a hold of approx $300aud on your CC so you may as well ring it all up on your room as its a pain to get back. Thats not hard to do, as food and drinks were low end Australian prices. But we preferred to eat out.
