Una buona vacanza la fa anche l'albergo
9.0Visito la Francia regolermente e, per esperienza, non è sempre facile trovare un alloggio che soddisfi i nostri standard di pulizia. Per questo siamo rimasti particolarmente colpiti da questo hotel: ambienti impeccabili, bellezza estetica, cura dei dettagli e un livello di igiene davvero eccellente. La stanza è curata, il bagno sempre immacolato, la cucina non recava alcuna traccia del precedente soggiorno. Abbiamo perfino notato che il letto era prototteo da coperture igieniche anti acaro e anti cimici. L'albergo è diviso dal centro da una strada a veloce percorrenza, un po' faticosa se si hanno bambini, ma comunque in dieci minuti si arriva al porto. La colazione è curata e consente un piccolo Brunch soddisfacente, ma è sopratutto il personale di sala ad essere incredibile, Samia come anche le sue colleghe, ci hanno aiutato a sentirci a casa con garbo e gentilezza. Spero gli standard del personale e della struttura saranno mantenuti nel tempo perchè abbiamo intensione di tornare spesso :) . Grazie a tutti voi che avete reso la nostra vacanza meravigliosa. Un buon albergo dovrebbe essere come lo Staybridge.
− Desideravo lavare le magliette dei bambini (non bastano mai), ma le lavatrici erano maleodoranti e incrostate di sporco, quindi ho dovuto rinunciare. Questa è l'unica nota dolente e che mi è dispiaciuta molto.

− Ich finde es schade, dass so ein Hotel billig renoviert wurde. Es tropfte aus der Klimaanlage, die Klima im Frühstückssaal funktionierte nicht. Bei uns im Zimmer war ständig Wasser am Boden, daher haben wir darum gebittet das Zimmer zu tauschen. Die Antwort war fantastisch, es ist in den anderen Zimmern nicht besser😂😂😂..... Der Zimmersevice war schlecht. Toilettenpapier fehlte ständig und so weiter... das Preisleistungs verhältnis stimmt einfach nicht....

10.0Our stay at Staybridge Suites Cannes exceeded all our expectations. We originally planned to stay here for only part of our vacation, but we enjoyed it so much that we decided to extend our stay. The location is excellent, the hotel is spotless, and the overall atmosphere makes you feel at home from the moment you arrive. Every member of the team was welcoming, professional, and genuinely kind. We would especially like to thank Lea, Tydian, and Rafik for their outstanding hospitality. Their warm smiles, positive attitude, and genuine care made every morning start on a wonderful note. It is people like them who make guests want to come back. If we could change just one thing, it would be the breakfast selection. We would love to see a wider variety of healthy options, more halal choices, and a larger selection of drinks. That said, this is only a small suggestion, and it did not take away from our overall experience. For us, this hotel truly deserves 5 stars. We had a fantastic stay and would happily return again. Thank you to the entire team for making our family vacation so memorable!
