− Le personnel de salle, le nettoyage, le manque de réapprovisionnement des plats, le manque de professionnalisme en salle, aucune animation, un club très triste sans âme....
It used to be nice, it is old and dirty with bed bugs.

− Ancient structure, very dirty (and even after reporting it to reception no one came to clean the room, we had to vacuum ourselves), bed bugs in the head of the bed! BE CAREFULL.

10.0I was let down by an AirBnb booking that cancelled on me within 1 month of our trip over New Year and I happened to find Belambra. And I'm really glad I did! It's really great value, particularly as half board. Location to town center and slopes is really convenient. Staff is really friendly and overall the place is clean. Will definitely come back

10.0Très bien. Satisfaite à tous les niveaux ! Personnel très agréable et Club bien placé. C'est juste dommage qu'un guide indépendant du club qui propose des sorties sur place soit aussi désagréable, présomptueux, voire insolent. Je conseille le Club mais certainement pas le guide.

6.0Le club est bien situé. La chambre est fontionnelle mais la salle de bain est trop petite. Le buffet etait sympa il y en a pour tout les gouts mais on a eu mieux. Le gros point negatif en 2023 c'est d'avoir des fenetres simple vitrage dans les chambres et le prix des consommations au bar elles sont trop cheres, surtout pour ouvrir des bouteilles en plastiques et vous servir un verre.

7.0Breakfast was good, a good selection of food for meals. We enjoyed the evening activities for kids and adults and the games in the communal area. It was a shame the swimming pool wasn't heated and open as we were hoping to use that too.
− The late check in was a problem, we had arrived early to ensure the children made the ski school time but then had to sit around til 5pm to get into our rooms as there were apparently none available. As reception was closed in the afternoon, there was no way of getting in earlier. It would be good to have a few more comforts in the room eg kettle
