9.0Clean and well-maintained rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Smooth check-in and check-out process. Comfortable beds and good sleep quality. Good parking facilities. Breakfast had a good variety and was well organised. Quiet and peaceful atmosphere.

− 部屋に入った途端、かび臭さと湿気には閉口させられました、事前に空調のスイッチをいれて室内の温度と湿度を快適な条件にしておいて欲しかった。
Hidden gem
10.0Surprising little gem with an amazing Onsen. Good location for the monkeys. Staff super helpful and polite. As this was our cheapest hotel on our trip I was a little apprehensive but needed have been. The room was small but everything we needed and really clean
− Bed was hard but that's just preference and breakfast more traditional Japanese but again that's just our western palate.

8.0ビジネスホテルに近いと思いますが、部屋は清潔だし、大浴場は快適、また、テレビで館内施設の混雑状況がわかるのがよかった。朝食も日ごと少しずつメニューが変わってる点など、工夫が見られた。なによりスタッフが皆気持ちいい人たちでよかった。
− エアコンがうるさいかな。エレベーターが暑い。冬季を基準としているのか、仕方ないかもしれないが、部屋以外はとにかくあちこち暑かった。
お値段、そうとう
8.0朝食は美味しかったし、種類がおおくて、大変満足しました。
− フロアがタバコ臭。喫煙室だから仕方ないけどね。エアコンの消臭もしてくれないとね。平成のカラオケボックスのかおりがしたから、ちょっと懐かしい一面もあった。
