8.0Staff very friendly and helpful. Our TV didn’t work and he eventually changed the box.
We will more than likely not stay here again. It will be worth paying a little more elsewhere.
4.0Location was ok.
− Breakfast was poor. The baked goods were stale. The fruit, which was only tiny pithy plastic wrapped apples were not edible. Yuck! Went out to eat instead. The pillows were old and stained, which need to be replaced!!! Yuck! The sheets were old and thin. My husband's side of the bed had a blood stain on it! Double Yuck!! A revamping, meaning significant changes and improvements need to happen! Also the blanket/quilt needed repair, or better yet replaced altogether which had a tear and very worn. Yuck! Also the bed cover had a large bleach stain on it!( so did our daughter's bed) Really!? It should have been donated to an animal shelter, as well as the quilt! The other room which our daughter slept in was just as bad! Also the cupboard door to the fridge kept opening, unless it was slammed! Just telling it like it is. Not mad, just disappointed. You could improve a few rooms at a time, it would really make a difference, if you really want to make the place better. I hope you do.
